SERVICE COORDINATOR
Fire Protection Services | Melbourne or Newcastle
Take Ownership. Drive Results. Build Excellence.
The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Service Coordinator ready to make your mark?
You've seen what works (and what doesn't) in service coordination. You stay current with industry best practices. Now you're ready to use that knowledge to shape a growing business—translating best practices into practical processes that deliver quality client service, improve technician efficiency, and make work better for everyone.
Join our Service team supporting Dynamic Fire and Commercial Fire Group Services, a rapidly growing operation across eastern Australia. You'll own a designated area of fire protection service coordination while helping us build the processes, systems, and workflows that will scale with our growth. Your ideas for making things simpler, faster, and better for clients and technicians won't just be welcomed—they'll be essential.
What You'll Own
• Service excellence: Coordinate jobs from enquiry to invoicing, track progress actively, and resolve delays before they impact clients.
• Client relationships: Own client relationships by being their go-to contact, keeping them informed throughout the service journey, and building satisfaction through responsive, professional communication
• Strategic scheduling: Optimise technician utilisation, plan efficient routes, balance maintenance with reactive calls, adapt dynamically to emergencies
• Data integrity: Maintain accurate Uptick records, identify gaps and drive improvements in system usage
• Continuous improvement: Identify root causes of recurring issues, implement lasting solutions, analyse data to improve processes, and share wins with the team
• Team collaboration: Support technicians, share capacity with colleagues, contribute to training, maintain seamless service delivery
What Makes This Role Different
• Real impact: Join a rapidly growing fire protection operation where your ideas get implemented, not lost in bureaucracy
• Build, don't just follow: Help us develop the processes, systems, and workflows that will shape our service delivery across eastern Australia

• Innovation opportunity: Identify and implement tools and technology that make life easier for clients, technicians, and the office team
• Grow with us: As we expand, your role expands—career growth built on what you create and achieve
• Collaborative problem-solving: Work with a team that values your insights and welcomes better ways of doing things
