Overview
A roving, full-time Head Chef role supporting multiple sites across Greater Sydney and the Central West. This position offers Monday to Friday work with no late nights or weekends, and provides opportunities for leadership and advancement within Opal HealthCare.

Responsibilities
* Travel across Greater Sydney and the Central West to provide Head Chef and Sous Chef coverage as needed.
* Create nutritious meals and deliver standout dining experiences.
* Ensure full compliance with food safety standards and oversee daily meal services and special events.
Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
* Food Safety Supervisory Certification.
* 5+ years' Head Chef experience in aged care, hotels, or similar environments.
Requirements
* Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical assessment.
* Police clearance.
* NDIS worker's clearance.
