About the Role
The role of a Guest Service Assistant is to deliver exceptional service experiences for every guest. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive a safe and outstanding experience at our hotel.
This role reports directly to the Guest Service Manager and involves working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve brand and company metrics and objectives. You will build relationships with guests, assess their needs, and flex your approach to ensure consistent hospitality.
You will also be responsible for ensuring repeat guests, priority members, and VIPs receive recognition and appreciation. Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is essential to maintain consistent hospitality for all guests.
Beyond that, you will represent our company values and culture, prioritizing service excellence in everything you do. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge about all hotels in your region and promoting them to guests.

* Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role is ideal
* Able to anticipate guests' needs and adapt to changing circumstances
