To be part of our team you'll need to have: Demonstrated experience in a similar fast-paced role Demonstrated experience managing and motivating a team Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Experience mentoring & coaching across customer service, product knowledge, inventory control & merchandising Experience in recruitment, rostering, stock control, and loss prevention will be highly regarded Confidence using Microsoft applications including Excel, Word & Outlook is a must As we're located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate 7 days a week. With this in mind, we are looking for someone who is reasonably flexible as in some cases rosters may fall outside normal business hours. Employment offers are conditional on the ability to gain and maintain an ASIC pass.
