Ideally we seek someone who is a natural people manager and a clear communicator who inspires the team to action.
Your role will include developing, mentoring and building your team to be experts in the industry.
You will have some experience in leading a team to achieve operational goals and store KPI's.
You MUST come a huge operational background: processing pallets of stock daily and prioritising tasks to your team, and managing massive VM and stock turnover expectations will be an exceptional skill of yours.
You will thrive working under pressure and smashing through operations and administration jobs.
Most importantly, you will adore being the support to everyone: your Store Manager, your sensational team and your customers
Responsibilities Seeking a high energy, sensational retail SUPERSTAR for this ASM role.
Trades, wholesale or large format management experience ESSENTIAL.
Salary package of up to $73k available for the PERFECT candidate.
LARGE FORMAT - RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER needed.
Skills & Qualifications Ability to coach and develop up to 10 staff to achieve consistent results
Sensational time management and operational skills
Manage wages, rosters, budgets and KPI's
Experience in either supermarket or department store environments
Manage HIGH VOLUME product levels
Passion, energy and a focus to thrive on results
Have impeccable VM and administration standards
