About the Position
We're looking for a dynamic team member to join us at our beautiful Noosa Holiday Park, supporting both Guest Experience and Housekeeping.
This role is all about putting the guest at the centre of everything you do; from delivering warm, genuine service at reception to helping create clean, comfortable spaces that make holidays memorable.
This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional guest service, including check-ins, check-outs, and local area guidance.
* Manage reservations, promote Ingenia destinations, and handle kiosk/shop stock.
* Drive sales through upselling, guest engagement, and adherence to service standards.
* Coordinate and run holiday activities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and guest participation.
* Support housekeeping and maintain accurate records for activities and guest interactions.
About You
* Friendly, warm, customer-focused team player with a proactive attitude.
* Holds a valid Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
* Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Computer literacy and confident decision-making.
