Role Overview
As an LCM Coordinator, you will provide analytical, case management, secretariat, and administrative support to enable the operation of the LCM within your boundary. This includes supporting and connecting members of the Multiagency Coordination Group and Practitioner Group, collecting and analyzing information to support LCM referrals, managing the LCM database, and reporting on LCM operations.
About the Program
The LCM program is part of statewide reforms aimed at reducing adult re-offending and domestic violence reoffenders. It involves collaboration among agencies like the Department of Communities and Justice, NSW Health, and NSW Police to manage persistent reoffenders in the community, arrange interventions, and improve community safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and maintain connections with involved agencies and stakeholders.
* Provide secretariat support for meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and minutes.
* Manage all records in compliance with the State Records Act 1998.
* Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the LCM program.
Candidate Requirements
* Knowledge of the criminal justice system, including roles of NSW Police and Community Corrections.
* Experience supporting high-level groups and providing secretariat support.
* Ability to identify resources and implement solutions for offenders.
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Ability to develop relationships with partner agencies and community providers.
Additional Information
* Full-time, ongoing/temporary employment, Talent Pool creation ongoing.
* Salary: $110,266 - $122,058 pa + Superannuation.
