Overview
Product Owner - TechnologyOne
Maitland City Council has recently implemented TechnologyOne (TechOne) as Council's Enterprise Resource planning (ERP) system and is seeking a Product Owner- TechnologyOne to lead the strategic development and value realisation of the platform.
In this role you will define and drive the product vision, roadmap, governance, and enablement strategy for the TechOne ecosystem, ensuring the platform delivers measurable outcomes for customers, services and the organisation.
Working closely with business units, stakeholders and external partners, you will align TechOne capabilities with organisational priorities and customer needs, while improving data integrity and usability, driving system adoption, and identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and expand platform capability.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will hold degree-level qualifications in Business, Customer Experience, Product Management, or a related discipline, or demonstrate equivalent relevant workplace experience.
You will bring proven product management experience, including identifying customer needs, capturing and prioritising product requirements, and developing and maintaining product roadmaps. To be successful in this role experience with TechnologyOne is essential, particularly in business-level configuration and business analysis activities.
In addition to the above, you will also possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups across varying levels of technical capability.

This is a permanent full-time role, working 35 hours per week with a salary ranging $111,958 - $124,273 + 12% super. Council also offers a range of benefits for its employees including:
