We offer the combined benefits of a leading professional services firm with extensive networking, learning, and career opportunities.We are currently seeking a Service Desk Technician to join our team, supporting our national business operations from our Wagga Wagga and Albury offices.About the Opportunity:In this dynamic role, you will provide hands-on IT support across multiple locations, ensuring our people have access to high-quality technical assistance and hardware solutions.You will work closely with our national IT team, with frequent travel between Wagga Wagga and Albury.This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative environment while supporting a professional services business that truly values its people.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and respond to incoming IT requests, providing first-level support and escalating where necessaryResolve support incidents via the ServiceNow system, including logging and managing walk-up, phone, and email requestsProvide face-to-face and remote support using tools like TeamViewer and Remote DesktopTravel regularly between Wagga Wagga and Albury, with occasional travel to other national offices as requiredConfigure and install PCs, mobile devices, software, and peripheralsEnsure IT security compliance in line with national procedures and policiesMeet established SLAs for resolution timesActively contribute to team meetings and discussions on IT challenges and improvementsLiaise with software and hardware vendors for product servicingSupport project delivery and complete delegated tasks efficientlyOccasionally work outside normal hours to maintain critical IT servicesAbout You:12+ months of experience in a similar IT support roleExperience in a financial services environment (highly regarded)Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop environments and Microsoft Office SuiteExposure to Active Directory and IT ticketing systemsExcellent troubleshooting, organisational, and time management skillsPractical, fast learner who embraces new challengesAble to work autonomously and collaboratively within a teamPositive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learnOutstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong customer service skills, especially in face-to-face environmentsThrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentWhy work in Wagga Wagga and Albury:Looking for a fulfilling career without the big city chaos?
