ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you an energetic and proactive HR or administration professional looking for your next step?
Join our People & Capability Team as a Recruitment Officer and play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment services across Wodonga TAFE.
You'll support end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and guiding them through the hiring journey while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Your ability to apply contemporary recruitment practices, understand market trends, and navigate policy and legislation will see you become a trusted partner in the team.
Selected Duties:
* Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates
* Build strong relationships with managers, staff, and external stakeholders
* Consult, influence, and negotiate to deliver effective recruitment outcomes
* Provide end-to-end recruitment support and a seamless candidate experience
