Role Overview The Digital Account Director at PMX will focus on the PMX Lift video product, bridging communication and operational gaps between technology partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
This strategic role involves solution-finding, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring campaign delivery exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities include client management, performance monitoring, process improvement, and providing video recommendations.
Key Responsibilities Agency and Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to PMX Lift, ensuring timely resolution and producing client recommendations.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign dashboards and KPIs to assess product performance and communicate feedback to technology partners.
Business Development Support: Support identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.
Process Improvement: Collaborate to streamline campaign workflows for efficiency.
Product Development: Gather feedback for product enhancements.
Enquiry Resolution: Track response and resolution times for inquiries.
Campaign Metrics: Oversee campaign delivery and KPI monitoring.
