Requirements:
 * Extensive consumer lending experience is essential for success in this role
 * Strong networks and proven ability to self-generate new business opportunities are critical
 * A high level of understanding of loan products, policies and regulations is required
 * Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and develop a holistic view of their situation
 * Highly developed credit analysis skills are necessary for evaluating customer creditworthiness
 * An understanding of small business offerings is also required
