This includes coordinating governance processes, undertaking secretariat duties for advisory groups and committees, and managing learner enrolment data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
The role is pivotal in enabling the smooth operation of program activities and supporting the delivery of outcomes across the programs.About YouThis position is responsible and accountable for delivering the following key outcomes:Provide high level clerical and administrative support by preparing correspondence and maintaining documents and files.Manage stakeholder enquiries and complaints by responding to or referring enquiries to the appropriate business representative in an efficient and timely manner.Apply knowledge and understanding of administrative principles, practices, methods and techniques to manage all administrative records.Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Provide general administrative related support to the service including procurement, travel, record management and organising meetings.Manage and maintain organisational systems such as the Learning Management System (LMS) and mentoring platforms to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and the ability to generate reports as required.Review work practices to propose improvements to the way the organisation performs administrative tasks.Other tasks as directed by the General Manager Services & Sector Capacity and Head of Programs that promote Ageing Australia strategy and business objectives.Behave consistent with Ageing Australia values when interacting with staff, Members, and stakeholders.Comply with all Ageing Australia work health and safety policies and procedures.Selection CriteriaExperience with website management and record keeping.Demonstrated ability to provide governance and secretariat support, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and coordination of actions.Experience in managing organisational systems (e.g., Learning Management Systems, mentoring platforms), ensuring data accuracy and the ability to generate reports.Experience in managing learner enrolment data and other program records, with strong attention to detail and reporting capability.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to form strong working relationships with colleagues and build credibility and rapport with stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to deliver project-based work and activities.Experience in providing high-level customer service across all levels of an organisation in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.Excellent digital literacy skills and competent use of online platforms and Microsoft Office applications.Experience in managing multiple projects and competing priorities.Strong time management skills with the ability to identify and manage risks and potential barriers.Understanding and commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity, Access & Equity, Work Health & Safety, and ethical working practices.Robust work ethic and work history that evidences commitment to Ageing Australia's values and a genuine passion for aged care.Please note: This is a fixed term contract ending 30 June 2027.We require federal police check as an essential selection component for this role, please consider this requirement when submitting your application.How to applyClick the "Apply" button and submit with your resume and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.Employer QuestionsWhich of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
