Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Administration
* Prepare and manage employment contracts, variations, letters, and HR documentation.
* Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR systems.
* Manage probation reviews, confirmations, and employment changes.
* Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information.
Employment Law & Award Compliance
* Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, Telecommunications Services Award, and relevant workplace legislation.
* Provide advice on award classifications, hours of work, leave entitlements, and pay conditions.
* Monitor and update HR policies and procedures to reflect legislative changes.
* Support audits and compliance reviews relating to workforce matters.
Recruitment & Onboarding
* Coordinate recruitment processes including advertising, screening, interviews, and offers.
* Prepare position descriptions and employment documentation.
* Manage onboarding, inductions, and probation processes.
* Liaise with recruitment agencies where required.
Employee Relations
* Act as the primary contact for employee HR enquiries.
* Support managers with performance management processes.
* Manage disciplinary matters, investigations, warnings, and terminations in line with legal requirements.
* Assist with grievance handling and dispute resolution.
Training & Records
* Coordinate mandatory and role-specific training.
* Maintain training and compliance records.

Work Health & Safety Support
* Support HR aspects of WHS compliance in conjunction with management.
* Assist with incident reporting, return-to-work coordination, and workers compensation documentation.
Reporting & Support

* Support payroll with employment data accuracy.
