Inventory Planning & Logistics Specialist Macquarie Park, Sydney | Hybrid | $80–85K Super ( experience dependant) The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Inventory Planning & Logistics Specialist to join a high-performing operations team supporting a globally distributed product portfolio. This role is responsible for managing inventory planning, inbound freight coordination, and third-party logistics relationships to ensure product availability and efficient supply chain operations across the Australian market. Working closely with internal teams and international suppliers, you will play a critical role in maintaining stock accuracy, optimising inventory levels, and supporting the smooth movement of goods from global manufacturing partners through to local distribution. This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing operational detail with proactive supply chain planning. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory planning and stock forecasting to maintain optimal product availability Coordinate inbound freight and delivery schedules with international suppliers and logistics partners Oversee relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure efficient warehouse and distribution operations Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies to maintain high stock accuracy Support procurement and replenishment processes aligned with business demand Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure supply chain alignment Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and inventory management processes About You You are a highly organised supply chain professional with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to managing inventory and logistics operations.
