* Specialize in Unified Communication Products and Services, supporting physical meeting rooms, workplace seminars, and events.
Job Description:
As a Workplace Experience Engineer, you will play a key part in delivering seamless collaboration and communication across the organization. You will manage incidents for reported or discovered faults involving Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) devices, monitor the health of unified communication services daily, including video conferencing, and provide technical support for workplace seminars and events.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong technical knowledge across Unified Communications, VC panels, conferencing equipment, Windows PCs, ServiceNow, and MS Office.
* Experience building, deploying, and supporting VC equipment, PC images, SCCM, and hardware configurations.
* Excellent interpersonal skills: team-oriented, proactive communicator, and relationship builder.
* Ability to plan, organize, and deliver results while meeting customer expectations.
