The opportunity As a Branch Technical Officer, you will undertake tasks that support the administration of various tax revenue line/s, update, maintain and review the customer database and support the delivery of effective and efficient customer services. Reporting to a Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Resolving, and assisting others to resolve, tax technical matters (including complex matters), including those escalated by, or referred from, other teams. Communicating directly with customers via phone, email and written correspondence. Achieving agreed performance targets and supporting business objectives. Coaching team members and providing effective leadership.
