As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll sit at the heart of Tough Dog's marketing engine, turning strategy into action and ideas into high-performing campaigns. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you'll help shape how our brand shows up across digital channels, from paid social and email to product launches and major events.
You'll work alongside an in-house creative team to bring campaigns to life, analyse what's working, refine what's not, and continuously push performance forward. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, love seeing campaigns go from concept to execution, and want genuine influence over outcomes this role is built for you.
You won't be stuck pressing buttons or following a rigid playbook. Instead, you'll be trusted to think commercially, act decisively, and contribute to the next phase of growth for a brand that's already trusted by off-roaders and distributors around the world.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and execute a detailed marketing calendar
* Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, email, events)
* Develop a digital marketing strategy that supports growth and profitability
* Manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns from strategy to execution
* Optimise performance of paid media and marketing automation funnels
* Present campaign data and analytics to drive smarter decision-making
* Advise internal stakeholders on campaign direction and communication strategy
* Align campaign execution with strategic growth objectives

What You'll Bring
* 3+ years experience in a marketing coordination, campaign, or digital strategy role
* Strong grasp of digital channels, social media ads, and email marketing platforms
* Experience with major digital marketing platforms including social media advertising and email marketing tools is essential
* Excellent organisational and project management skills
* Confident presenting data, insights, and campaign results
* Experience in lifestyle, automotive, or performance brands is a bonus
