What You'll Be Doing
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support daily operations, lead and coach staff, ensure strong customer service, oversee inventory and merchandising, and manage opening, closing, and cash procedures to help drive overall store performance. This is a full‐time role of 38 hours per week based at the Browns Plains, QLD, Dulux Trade Centre Store. The ability to work Monday‐Friday and rostered Saturday mornings is essential.

What We're Looking For
* Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies
* Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
* Cash handling / EFTPOS
* Accurately mix and tint paint
* Assist in maintaining stock levels
