Event Cleaning Supervisor
Temporary: March 16 – April 22 (5 days per week, including weekends)
Day shifts only – No night work
We are seeking a reliable person with experience leading a team to fill the role of Event Cleaning Supervisor for a major event in Silvan, Victoria.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is physically fit, highly organised, and confident managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising and leading a cleaning team on-site
* Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms and amenities
* Waste management and rubbish collection
* General cleaning of event areas and facilities
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are always maintained
* Coordinating staff tasks and monitoring performance
* Liaising with event organisers and management as required
About You:
* Proven experience supervising or managing a team, not necessarily a cleaning team
* Hands-on approach – willing to work alongside your team
* Physically fit and capable of manual work
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Reliable and punctual
* Available 5 days per week (including weekends) from March 16 to April 22
