From sourcing and screening through to placement, you’ll play a vital role in connecting great people with great opportunities, all while upholding Protech’s high standards. Key Responsibilities: Identify and attract suitable candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Prepare, write, and publish job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms. Conduct high-volume screening, interviews, reference checks, and coordinate interview confirmations with clients. Build and maintain candidate pools through ongoing market research and engagement. Review candidate qualifications and experience to ensure alignment with role and client requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database. Provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate status. Deliver high-quality candidate care, ensuring a smooth, professional and timely experience throughout the recruitment process. Meet or exceed KPIs for call activity & candidate engagement. To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience in Recruitment and/ or HR in the Mining/ Civil industry desirable. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. A proactive mindset. You anticipate issues before they arise and take initiative to solve them. Work within tight timeframes and adapt to shifting priorities to meet project and client expectations. Willingness to learn and understand Mining and Maintenance industries. Actively engage and collaborate with your teammates to foster a fun and positive culture. What’s In It For You?
