Wind Turbine Blade Technicians Wanted
We are seeking skilled and safety-focused professionals to join our team at a leading wind farm. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on large-scale renewable energy projects while developing their technical skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
* Carry out blade repair and maintenance tasks under the guidance of experienced site leaders.
* Perform safe and efficient blade inspections, maintenance, and repairs using rope access or BAP systems.
* Actively participate in site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily pre-start meetings to ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Accurately complete reporting for company and client requirements.
* Collaborate with supervisors, fellow technicians, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and site standards.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Valid GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) and GWO Blade Repair (BR) certification.
* IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3.
* White Card, LVR/CPR, and Confined Space Entry within 2 years.
* Australian driver's licence.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
