Empower Youth and Families
We're seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with school wellbeing teams, creating Support Plans that enhance family relationships and school engagement.
* Cultivate strong relationships with Newly Arrived Youths and their families, supporting cultural adjustment and community connection.
* Connect with referred students, assessing suitability alongside the wellbeing team.
* Promote education, vocational training, and community activities, empowering students to stay engaged.
* Deliver person-centred case management, responding to client referrals and facilitating group programs within schools.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, driving collaborative outcomes.
Key Qualifications and Skills
* A relevant degree or tertiary qualification, accompanied by a minimum of 1 year's experience in a related field.
* A professional approach, with the ability to maintain effective boundaries.
* Skill in delivering complex therapeutic interventions and managing caseloads.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as administrative and management support abilities.
