Willis Setouts & Surveys is seeking an experienced Surveyor for a full-time role covering Northern Victoria regional areas, including Bendigo, Echuca/Moama, Shepparton, Yarrawonga & Benalla. The role offers the opportunity to focus on construction setouts in the domestic market, with additional tasks such as feature surveys, AHD surveys & civil surveys.

About the Role:
This role focuses on construction setouts and complementary tasks in the domestic market, ensuring efficient and high-quality outcomes for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing construction setouts as the primary focus.
* Completing feature surveys, control surveys, as-built surveys, and post-pour surveys as required.
* Ensuring quality assurance and compliance with industry standards.
* Managing your workload effectively to ensure timely delivery of results.
* Collaborating with the Willis team, with job allocations handled by Willis management.

Required Skills and Experience:
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to challenges on-site.
* Proficiency in surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, LisCad).
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in land, civil, engineering, or commercial surveying is essential.
* Industry surveying qualifications are preferred but not essential (Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree).
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites within the region.
