This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.
From helping customers at the counter, processing orders, answering calls and emails, to supporting warehouse operations.This position is full time.
Monday to Friday, 7.30am-4.30pm.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service via shopfront, phone and emailProcess orders using our inventory management systemComplete administrative tasks and maintain office suppliesSupport daily warehouse operations, including manual handling (up to 20kg) and standing for extended periodsAssist in maintaining an organised, safe and efficient workplaceAbout YouSelf-motivated with the ability to complete tasks without assistanceA customer-first attitude with excellent communication skillsPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasksHigh attention to detail and accuracy in workBe able to work diligently under pressurePrevious administration and/or customer service experience is an advantagePositive, reliable and a team playerHow to applyPlease drop off your resume and a short cover letter to our warehouse, or submit via email to (emailprotected)
