Job Summary
The Administrative Support Coordinator will provide clerical and administration support, front desk reception, and switchboard services according to a rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to patient enquiries and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Operate the telephone system and provide support to doctors as requested.
* Organize and schedule in-patient and outpatient referral appointments within clinically appropriate time frames.
