Key Responsibilities
* Create and optimize Affiliate campaigns to drive results.
* Negotiate with publishers and platforms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
* Set up promotions to enhance client engagement.
* Provide regular reporting on campaign performance.
* Manage client relationships and meetings to ensure seamless collaboration.
Day-to-Day Activities
Assist in resolving implementation issues and improving client performance to exceed KPIs.
Contribute to developing our Affiliates product offering in line with best practice and set standards for new and emerging channels.
Be involved in account management of all Affiliate clients.
Stay up-to-date with new affiliate trends and platform updates.
Support the preparation of new business proposals showcasing our strategic thinking and best practice approach.
Work closely with the Senior Affiliates Manager on project work such as audits and strategies.
Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing in an agency
* 1-2 years of ecommerce experience in Affiliates channels, including account management
* Background in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
* Advanced knowledge of key platforms: Rakuten, Commission Factory, Impact & GA4
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Experience with Google Docs/Drive, Excel & Google Analytics
