Operations Manager

* Oversight of daily operations across all front-line departments.
* Support to the management team in delivering consistent, high-quality customer service.
* Assistance with rostering, workforce planning, and staff development.
* Maintenance of operational compliance, including liquor, gaming, and safety requirements.
* Assistance with stock control, cash handling, and reporting.
* Coordination of events, functions, and community engagement activities.
* Building positive relationships with members and local sporting groups.
