Responsibilities
Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)
Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance
Configuration of Security systems hardware and software
Diagnoses Fault and repairs on Security Head end systems
Software load and Configuration of EBI / DVM Systems.
Small to Medium project installations including managing Subcontractors.
Financial control according to previously agreed budgets and plans
Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by Team Leader
Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as directed
Knowledge/Skills and Abilities
Experience as Service Technician customer facing and/or similar related - preferred.
Minimum Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation Trade or higher tertiary - preferred
Intermediate verbal and written communication, including strong negotiation and influencing skills for all stakeholders internal and external
Experience with management, repair and maintenance of IT systems including hardware and software
Previous experience in facility management of high-profile assets preferred
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
Valid driver’s licence
Ability to be on call, work a rotating roster when required
