Wallaby Hotel, one of the Gold Coast's favourite local pubs, is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to support the Venue Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of this iconic hospitality destination.
This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the energy of a full venue, and appreciates the buzz that comes with a strong live music lineup.
Your leadership will be essential in managing and motivating the team, ensuring compliance with venue policies, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Competitive Salary $80,000 - $85,000 + Plus Super

* Experience in developing and executing operational procedures

* Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license
* CLO - Desirable not necessary
