About the Company
Koenigs is an electromechanical and manufacturing company established in 1984, located in Unanderra NSW, servicing the heavy industrial and mining sectors in Australia and around the globe. Koenigs manufactures field isolators, enclosures and hazardous area (EX rated) solutions.
About the Role
This role is designed to support the Office Manager with the day-to-day operations of office functions as well as assisting Sales Staff and Workshop Operations.
Key responsibilities:-
· Supporting accounts payable and receivable
· Data Entry and Invoicing
· Ordering materials for workshop and stock control
· Working closely with workshop and dispatch of orders
· Provide general administrative support to management and other staff
Skills and Attributes
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in an office administration role
· Experience with XERO accounting package
· Excellent verbal & written communication
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Good time management and organisational skills
· Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
This is a permanent part-time role, Wednesday - Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm, with additional days when/if required to relieve other staff members on annual leave.
Hourly rate is $30.00 per hour + superannuation contributions.
