Rapid Media is seeking a seasoned Digital Media Specialist with extensive experience in media buying and digital strategy to lead a portfolio of local, national, and international clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that drive client engagement and deliver results.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, account directors, and internal teams.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital media, ensuring our clients receive cutting-edge solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative digital campaigns that meet client objectives.
* Negotiate and manage inventory purchases to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital media, preferably in a senior or lead role.
* Strong understanding of digital media channels, including Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, TikTok, Programmatic, and GCM360.
* Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in data-driven insights and strategy, with ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
* Agency background with experience working with multiple brands and client types.
* Able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
