We're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and exceptionally organised professional to join our Executive Support team.
In this pivotal role, you'll provide high-level, confidential support to key members of our Executive Leadership Team:
General Counsel / Company Secretary
Director of ICT
Director of Corporate Affairs and Marketing
You'll be the trusted right-hand to these senior leaders—ensuring they're prepared, informed, and operating at peak efficiency.
You'll also be part of a collaborative and supportive EA team, stepping in to assist other EAs and reception during leave or peak periods.

What We're Looking For
Experience
8+ years supporting C-suite executives or equivalent roles
A strong background in navigating complex organisations and managing high-level stakeholders
Proven experience supporting governance frameworks, leadership teams and board-level committees
Fast, accurate minute-taking and action tracking for committees
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Experience with Diligent Board Books (desirable)
Skills & Attributes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and tone
A master of calendars, priorities, and the occasional curveball
Discreet, trustworthy, and confident in handling confidential information
Able to work independently and collaboratively with agility and grace under pressure
Qualifications
Certification in a related field i.e. business administration, communications or equivalent by experience.
Bachelor's degree would be desirable.
