Front Office Guest Service Agent

Key responsibilities include managing the arrival and departure processes, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences, up-selling opportunities, problem resolution, phone call handling, recognizing returning guests, and providing support for daily operations.
You'll play a vital role in creating lasting impressions by offering warm welcomes, acknowledging IHG One Rewards Club members, processing payments, and streamlining the check-in and check-out process.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in hotel property management systems like Opera is also highly desirable.
