The Role
As our Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our stock and logistics operations.
This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where accuracy and communication matter just as much as efficiency.
You'll manage the inwards/outwards flow of stock, keep our systems up to date, and make sure customers and the team are informed every step of the way.
What You'll Do
Manage the inwards/outwards flow of stock in a timely manner
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders including e-store orders accurately and on time
Advise customers of dispatch updates both electronically and B2B via telephone
Use our Odoo system to liaise with suppliers, couriers, and notify internal staff of delivery timings
Monitor and reorder consumables and commonly used items when needed
Meet with the sales/office team as required to coordinate stock orders, along with practising budgetary best practice
Maintain warehouse organisation, functionality, and safety standards
Maintain shop front and keep shelves stocked, neat and tidy at all times
Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure accurate inventory records
Practice pro-active communication to ensure our customer service is well co-ordinated
What You'll Bring
Stock, warehousing, or logistics experience (essential)
A customer service star, confident on the phone and in person
Computer savvy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly (Odoo experience a bonus)
Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
A positive, team-focused communicator who gets things done
Physically fit (we have stairs) and capable of safe manual handling
