Full-time / Part-time | 1 to 2+ years experience
We're not hiring to "fill a gap."
We're looking for the
right
Physiotherapist — someone ready for a
positive next chapter
in their career.
If you've been working for a year or two, are solid clinically, but feel you may have
outgrown your current environment
, this role is worth reading carefully.
This is a calm, professional clinic for clinicians who want to:
* do meaningful MSK work
* keep sharpening their thinking
* and build a
long-term career
, not just their next role
This role may suit you if:
* You have
1 to 2+ years of MSK experience
and a good clinical foundation
* You're comfortable with assessments and treatment — but know there's more to learn
* You value
quality, reasoning, and outcomes
over rushing or volume
* You enjoy building
trust and continuity
with patients
* You appreciate feedback, reflection, and thoughtful discussion
* You want to grow — clinically first, and into
senior or leadership responsibility over time
* You're looking for a clinic you can
settle into and evolve within
What you'll be doing:
* Managing a varied MSK caseload, including spinal and more complex presentations
* Designing and progressing
structured rehabilitation programs
(not generic exercise sheets)
* Communicating clearly with patients and referrers
* Working within a team that values
standards, consistency, and professionalism
* Contributing to a clinic culture that is calm, respectful, and sustainable
What you can expect at Therapia:
* Support and mentoring
without micromanagement
* Time and structure to
refine clinical reasoning
, not just tick boxes
* Exposure to interesting cases and meaningful outcomes
* A workplace that values
people, professionalism, and long-term sustainability
* A role designed for
growth without burnout
For the right person, this can naturally progress into
senior clinical involvement, mentoring, or leadership responsibilities
over time.
Requirements:
* Full AHPRA registration
* Working rights in Australia (candidates must be currently based in Australia)
* Strong communication skills and professional standards

Apply via LinkedIn, or email your CV with a short note answering:
1. What type of MSK work do you most enjoy, and why?
2. What are you currently working to improve clinically?
3. Full-time or part-time preference, and earliest start date
Please feel free to tag or share with someone who may be a great fit.
Note: This role is best suited to someone looking to stay, grow, and build — rather than short-term job hopping.
