As Executive Sous Chef you will assist in leading our incredible culinary team by directing all kitchen activities and managing the daily preparation, quality, physical maintenance and inventory functions to ensure IHG quality standards and revenue goals are met and food and supply costs are controlled.Working across our collective of restaurants, bars, and event offerings on the island will be an experience like no other as you supervise operations in our iconic luxury resort with capacity to cater to more than 500 people.About youWe are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations.
