Our job opening is for a Support Worker to join our dynamic team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, social support, domestic assistance, and supporting customers with complex needs. Your role will involve monitoring customer well-being and reporting on their progress.

You will need to have good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers. A reliable vehicle, current Australian drivers licence, and NDIS Worker screening clearance are also required.

About This Role:
* Provide personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
* Offer social support, transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, and travelling to medical appointments
* Assist with domestic tasks, such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Support customers in using aids and personal equipment
* Monitor customer well-being and report on their progress
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Good interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills
* Ability to build rapport and good working relationships
* Comfortable using technology, such as mobile apps, for accessing rosters and recording customer notes/feedback
* Current First Aid certificate/CPR or willingness to obtain
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (preferred)
* Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle, and current Australian drivers licence
* NDIS Worker screening clearance (or willingness to obtain)
