Job Title: Administration Support Officer
Administration support officers provide vital assistance to organizations by handling administrative tasks and supporting various business functions.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a range of administrative services, including responding to inquiries, coordinating meetings, managing travel arrangements, and processing payments.
* Perform key finance duties, such as managing cost centers, accounts payable, and ensuring accurate financial records.
* Monitor and manage the general administration email inbox, responding promptly to queries and issues.
* Act as an efficient communication link and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, redirecting issues as required.
* Collect, compile, and prepare documentation to support information flow and inform decision-making.
* Update and maintain records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate, stored correctly, and accessible.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in finance processing, including cost centers and accounts payable.
* Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly strong skills in Excel and Outlook.
* The ability to deliver multiple administrative support activities in line with agreed standards and tight timeframes.
* A proactive approach, with the ability to research, analyze information, and solve problems effectively.
* Experience working within government or similar environments is highly desirable.
