Job Overview
Provide quality assurance of medico-legal reports, support consultants, and deliver customer-focused administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Review and assess medico-legal reports against quality framework and legislative requirements.
Undertake quality assurance of reports, AMS forms and permanent impairment/disability assessments ensuring compliance with customer specifications, Next Health standards and relevant guidelines.
Identify inaccurate, deficient or incomplete reports and liaise with stakeholders to resolve.
Assist with training sessions for consultants, customers or team members.
Support induction of recent consultants and team members.
Escalate issues requiring intervention to Report Production and Quality Coordinator or relevant parties.
Advise on possible delays in turnaround times.
Prioritise work according to consultant availability, customer special requests and urgent requests.
Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow prioritisation.
Qualifications
Experience in medical, allied health and/or personal injury industry.
Experience in driving quality assurance programs.
Knowledge of case management practices within personal injury/accident compensation setting.
Experience delivering high-quality, customer-focused business administration support.
High level written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
