About the Role
Bathurst Regional Council seeks a level 1 technology support analyst to join their information services team. You will be working on the helpdesk and assisting users via ticket logging systems, over the phone and in person.

Working within this team you will be supporting staff with their technological needs. You will have had experience in similar roles supporting Microsoft Windows on desktops in Active Directory environments.
Key Requirements
* Certificate IV in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum two years' experience in similar roles.
* Strong experience with Windows 10 down to driver level.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
* Demonstrated history troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems and ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
* Demonstrated experience in Service Desk environment resolving level 1 technical issues and fulfilling requests in timely manner.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable on phone.
* Current NSW Driver's Licence.
* Current National Police Check to use CCTV software.
Benefits
$1349.60 to $1417.96 per week + superannuation.
Position Details
Permanent Full Time position, 35 hours per week with RDO every third week.
