Senior Finance Business Partner – WesTrac Cat
Location: Guildford PDC, WA
Reporting into the Commercial Manager WA
What you’ll do
- Partner with Operations and Sales leadership to deliver financial insight and support strategic decision‑making
- Provide commercial modelling and analysis to guide short‑ and long‑term operational initiatives
- Lead oversight of key service labour metrics, including realised service rates, labour costs and efficiency reporting
- Collaborate with the Management Accountant to compile annual budgets and periodic forecasts for Service Operations
- Analyse and interpret month‑end financial results, preparing reports for senior stakeholders
- Support business optimisation initiatives by partnering with process owners across the organisation
- Identify and recommend process improvements to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting or a related field, with CA/CPA certification
- 10+ years’ post‑qualification experience, including business partnering in large, complex organisations
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong capability in analysing high‑volume, multi‑source data
- Prior experience with SAP and deep understanding of system hierarchies and data structures
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to apply commercial acumen to financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to resolve complex operational and financial issues
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and leading change initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functionally and work both independently and collaboratively
