About Our Accommodation Services
Our accommodation site provides a home away from home experience to participants who come to town for medical appointments, shopping, catching up with family or sporting events.
We operate the accommodation site seven days a week, twenty-four hours, with meals included for our participants.
About The Role
This position ensures the smooth, safe and efficient operation of our accommodation site and associated housing services by supporting daily maintenance, tenancy management, property upkeep and administrative standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting daily maintenance and repairs at the accommodation site
* Managing tenancies and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
* Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program goals
Requirements
* Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is preferred but not essential
* Experience in delivering tenant and property services or a related field is also preferred
* Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills are necessary
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and relevant business and project management tools is highly desirable
