Job Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, using computer-aided design (CAD) software, Revit.
* Assist in the preparation of BIM management, Master Creation and maintenance.
* Interpret and implement design concepts provided by architects and designers into accurate and detailed construction drawings.
* Collaborate with project team members to ensure drawings align with project requirements, building codes, and regulations.
* Incorporate feedback and revisions into drawings as necessary throughout the design and construction process.
* Maintain organized project files and documentation, including revisions and updates to drawings.
* Coordinate with external consultants, such as structural engineers and contractors, to integrate their input into architectural drawings.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders through inbound and outbound phone calls.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3–5 years' experience in residential construction or project home environments.
* Strong knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards, and State Environmental Planning Policies
* Experience using Revit. Intermediate to advanced level.
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform under pressure.
* High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
