About the role
Tyabb Motorcycles is seeking an experienced Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team in Tyabb, VIC. This full-time position will have you playing a key role in the maintenance and repair of a wide range of motorcycles, ensuring our customers' bikes are kept in top condition.
What you'll be doing
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on motorcycles
* Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tune-ups, and inspections
* Test ride motorcycles to identify and resolve problems
* Order parts and maintain inventory
* Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair details
* Ensure workshop cleanliness and organisation
What we're looking for
* Formal qualification in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent experience
* Proven track record as a Motorcycle Mechanic, ideally 2+ years' experience
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
* Good communication skills to interact with customers
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Passion for motorcycles and providing exceptional customer service
