Sales Assistant / Customer Service – B2B Electrical & Automation (Remote)
We're looking for a sharp, customer-focused Sales Assistant to support quoting, enquiries, and day-to-day sales operations — and actively help drive sales growth.
No automation experience needed — just a willingness to learn and confidence working with pricing and margins.
What You'll Do
Respond to incoming enquiries (email/phone) with fast, clear communication.
Build and nurture relationships with OEMs, contractors, integrators, and distributors.
Prepare and send accurate quotes (pricing, margins, lead times).
Proactively follow up quotes and enquiries to drive conversions and new sales.
Convert quotes to invoices and process orders efficiently.
Maintain CRM records, follow up open quotes, and keep customer data clean.
What You Bring
Strong customer service skills and a commercial mindset.
Comfortable working with numbers, margins, and pricing.
A commercial attitude toward solving customer issues and grievances.
Confident using CRM systems.
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple enquiries at once.
Nice to Have
B2B sales or technical customer service experience (not essential).
Exposure to electrical or automation parts (bonus only).
