Brand Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Manager to join our high performing Group Marketing team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing multi-region marketing strategies, managing marketing plans and calendars, and conceptualising and developing content for campaigns across various mediums.

About the Opportunity:
* Develop and execute a multi-region marketing strategy in collaboration with the group marketing team
* Lead the marketing plan and calendar of activities and events, maintaining consistency with the developed set of brand guidelines
* Conceptualise and develop content for all campaigns: storytelling, planning, and implementation in multimedia formats
* Optimise ways of working with sales teams and other internal and external teams to achieve optimal outcomes
* Maximise all traditional and digital media, including television, radio, print, out-of-home, and online display advertisements for tactical retail and branding campaigns
* Deliver innovative and creative concepts to increase brand awareness and customer enquiries
* Increase lead generation reflected in website traffic, display centre visits, and leads entered into our CRM
* Manage media schedules, budgets, and annual expenditure
* Evaluate all campaigns, media activity, website analytics, display home traffic, including assessment and ROI reporting
* Manage events, including display open days, VIP nights, customer information evenings
About You:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
* Proven executive stakeholder engagement
* Exceptional written and verbal communications skills (ability to generate quality and compelling content)
* Driven and organised self-starter able to use initiative and adapt to change
* Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
* A commitment to working as one team
* Comfortable to travel interstate twice a quarter
