Dayshift 4:30AM - 1:30PM, Tuesday - Saturday

Heathwood Chilled and Frozen Distribution Centre

Located in Heathwood, Brisbane HCFDC is the latest distribution centre of it's kind in the Primary Connect Network. The 42,000 sqm temperature controlled 24/7 facility - equivalent to more than three times the size of the Suncorp Stadium playing field - enables fresher, faster and more efficient deliveries of around 4,000 frozen and chilled products to more than 260 stores across Queensland and northern New South Wales.

What You'll Do

* Guide, mentor, and develop your team to achieve their full potential.
* Champion a culture where safety is at the heart of everything we do and your team's well‐being always comes first.
* Anticipate potential issues and find effective, innovative ways to solve them, driving continuous improvement across our operations every day.
* Connect with our customers and the wider community, ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently.
* Proactively find ways to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the overall success of the business.
* Oversee day‐to‐day operations and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

What You'll Bring

* A proven track record as a leader who takes ownership and is a proactive problem‐solver.
* Experience working with Unions is highly regarded.
* Demonstrates logical thinking and effective problem‐solving approaches.
* A background in Supply Chain, Retail, or FMCG.
* A passion for nurturing and developing a team.
* Pro‐actively seeks continuous improvement methods.
