Vincent Security is a growing manufacturer of aluminium and Crimsafe security doors and screens, is seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Administration Assistant to support our office and production team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised, and can confidently manage day-to-day admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* General administrative support to management and factory team
* Answering phones and responding to emails
* Data entry, filing, and document control
* Assisting with job scheduling and customer communication
* Preparing invoices, purchase orders, and basic paperwork
* Maintaining office supplies and general office organization
About You
* Previous experience in an administration or office support role
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
* Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
