At Transform Life, we’re a nationwide team of 100 dedicated professionals focused on empowering clients through Allied Health and Behaviour Support services. We’re looking for passionate Occupational Therapists across Australia who are interested in working with a diverse case load both face to face and via telehealth. However we are also keen to hear from clinicians with specific interests, specialties and preferences who will have a positive impact in our team.
We offer the flexibility to work from home, seeing clients via telehealth or face to face (or both) allowing you to design your work week and choose the days and hours that best suit your lifestyle.

o Base salary between 85-100k p.a FTE plus super, PD and more. We are negotiable depending on experience.
What You’ll Need
o Full and current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, ideally with experience with NDIS clients
o A National Police check, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check
o NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
o Medicare provider number or capacity to obtain
o The ability to work from home
o Drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle if you wish to see clients face to face. (You will receive a travel allowance, phone and laptop).
